I’M KEMER STEVENSON
With almost twenty years in feature animation and visual effects, I’ve built my career around one core belief:
People have far more in them than they realize — they just need clarity, direction, and momentum.
I’ve contributed across multiple stages of the animation and VFX pipeline, working closely with artists, technical teams, and production leadership at studios including Walt Disney Animation Studios, DreamWorks, Blur, and Skydance. Over the years I’ve helped guide teams through high-pressure environments, shaped workflows, mentored emerging leaders, and improved the way creative and technical disciplines communicate and collaborate.
I thrive where creative vision meets technical complexity — simplifying decisions, removing friction, and elevating the people doing the work.
Today, my focus extends beyond craft.
I help develop creative leaders — providing the clarity, systems, and mindset that help ambitious individuals grow, influence, and lead with confidence.

WHAT I BELIEVE
Colleagues often describe me as both strategic and approachable, someone who can set a high bar while making others feel supported in reaching it. I’m known for creating environments where clarity replaces confusion, collaboration replaces competition, and creative excellence is the natural result.
Leadership isn't a title - it's a system.
And systems can be learned, practiced, and repeated.
